Payment
Payment via Paypal or Credit Card through Paypal is accepted through this site. Payment must be made or arranged within 12 hours of purchase or the item will be automatically restocked.

International Buyers
If your order contains more than 1 skeins of yarn/roving, please contact me before sending your payment. I will need to get an actual shipping cost for you. If you pay before contacting me, I will send you an invoice for the remainder of the shipping cost.

Please note that I will not mark your package as a gift, or adjust the value of the package for customs purposes. If you have a large order, I can split it up into 2 or more packages for you, but you will need to pay for any additional shipping.

Shipping
Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping costs. In-stock items ship within 5 business days, custom and semi-custom items ship within 30 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic packages to be delivered, 2 to 6 weeks for International, depending on shipping method. If a package is returned as undeliverable, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will only ship packages to the address listed on the paypal invoice. If you want your package shipped somewhere else, you must add the address in your account prior to purchase.

Please understand that once your package is sent out, the store bears no responsibility for it's delivery or acceptance. Please make sure that if you are concerned about delivery, to purchase or request insurance at check out. Thank you!

Customer Service & Returns
All of our items are hand crafted unique pieces. Please note that we strive for excellence in our workmanship but since they are human made and not machine made there may be variations in the final product. Our first priority is your complete satisfaction! You are always welcome to contact us with any questions about our products. If you do encounter a problem with one of our products, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please contact us for solutions or a refund authorization. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.

Returns are accepted on unused merchandise by the original purchaser only within 30 days of purchase. Items sold as a "second" or "used" are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Custom Orders & drawings are non-refundable. All custom orders/drawings are final sale, so please make sure for custom garments you give accurate measurements. Full refunds, minus shipping will be accepted for workmanship flaws, such as seams coming apart, or felted roving/yarn. You must contact us for a refund authorization to send the item back and receive a refund or have the item fixed. This choice is at our discretion.

Please Note: Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

A note on hand-spun yarns & colorways
The beauty in a hand-spun yarn is not in it's perfection, but in it's unique characteristics. No two skeins will ever be the same. I strive to spin my yarns as consistently as possible but there will always be some variance in yarns.

Please also note that dye lots can vary greatly. No two dye lots will be exactly the same, and sometimes there may be notable differences in the same colorway. All items should be considered as one of a kind. I do my best to duplicate colorways.
