I meant to come and blog – and tonight I am just not up for it.  However I want to share that I am now the proud owner of a Nikon D40, and I have been having WAY too much fun learning it!  (I think) I’m getting better every day, and today was only day 3.  Trying to wrap my head around exposure rules is definitely giving my brain a workout.  This weekend is the local Mardi Gras parade and I.can’t.wait!  Some good photo ops to be had for sure!!!
